Privacy policy
This policy explains how the Slidzu game (“Slidzu”, package com.zarghamlabs.slidzu) and the website slidzu.com handle information. Slidzu is published by Zargham Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Montana, USA (“we”, “us”).
1. Information that stays on your device
- Game progress: levels cleared, stars, album pictures, daily puzzle results and streaks, hint balance, unlocked themes and your settings.
- Anonymous player ID: a random identifier created on your device when you first open Slidzu. It is not your advertising ID and is not linked to your name or email. In this version it is used only on your device (for example to help Google Play match purchases, in hashed form).
We have no server that receives this information. Uninstalling the app or using Settings → Delete my data deletes it.
2. Advertising (free version)
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob: full-screen ads that can appear only after you finish a level and tap Next, and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch for a hint. There are no banner ads and no ads during a puzzle. AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads, to personalise them where you have agreed, and to prevent fraud. Ads are requested with Google’s “G” (general audiences) content rating.
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent using Google’s User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you buy Remove ads, the app shows no full-screen ads and no pop-up offers. Optional hint videos stay off unless you turn them on in Settings.
3. Purchases
Remove ads, the Starter bundle and hint packs are sold through Google Play. Google processes your payment; we never see your payment details. The app receives purchase confirmations from Google Play to unlock what you bought. Hints can only be used inside Slidzu and have no cash value.
4. Information we do not collect
No account, name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos or files. Slidzu does not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in this version. If that changes, we will update this policy and the Google Play data safety section first.
5. Data shared with third parties
| Provider | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (free version) | Advertising, measurement, consent, fraud prevention | Advertising ID and other device identifiers, IP address (approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics |
| Google Play Billing | Processing purchases | Purchase records held by Google |
The game downloads a small, signed settings file from slidzu.com (for example how often ads may appear). This request contains no personal data beyond what every web request includes (see section 6).
6. Website
slidzu.com does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider and network (Cloudflare) process standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and delivery.
7. Age requirement
Slidzu is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for or directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help remove any related data.
8. Your rights and deleting data
Local data: delete it with Settings → Delete my data or by uninstalling. Advertising data: reset your advertising ID in Android settings, and see Delete data. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to processing. Contact us at [email protected].
9. Retention, security and transfers
Game data stays on your device until you delete it. All network traffic from the app uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Google may process advertising data in the United States and other countries under its own safeguards.
10. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
