Terms of use
These terms apply to the Slidzu game and slidzu.com, provided by Zargham Labs LLC (“we”). By using Slidzu you agree to them.
1. The game
Slidzu is a single-player puzzle game for adults (18+). We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game or its content, except where the law allows.
2. Purchases
Optional purchases are sold through Google Play and follow Google Play’s terms and refund policies. Remove ads and the Starter bundle are one-time purchases tied to your Google account and can be restored with Restore purchases. Hint packs are consumable, contain the fixed number of hints shown before you buy, can be used only inside Slidzu and have no cash value. There are no loot boxes or random paid items. Prices are shown by Google Play in your local currency.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are filtered for a general audience, but we cannot guarantee every ad. If you see one that seems wrong, please use Settings → Help → Report an ad.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with the game, its ads or its purchases, and don’t use it to break the law.
5. Disclaimer and liability
Slidzu is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
